Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

We ship orders throughout World. Countries we ship include all continents.

Shipping methods

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all our orders. Orders are delivered to the delivery address with UPS Standard service. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

Shipping costs

You can see the shipping cost for your order in the shopping cart. Just add the items you would like to buy to the shopping cart and the final delivery cost is displayed.

We use UPS (United Parcel Service) for all the deliveries. All orders are delivered to the delivery address.

Delivery time

All the items that are in stock will be shipped next business day. But that is a rare case. In most of cases we made shoes exclusively for you. Please allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive.


Credit and debit cards by PayPal

Our payment processor is PayPal. You can use a credit card and don’t have to sign-up for a PayPal account. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Duties and customs fees

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Returns & Exchanges


We have an unconditional return policy. We want you to be happy but sometimes, for whatever reason, you may need to return an item. If you are unhappy with your shoes, for any reason, you can return or exchange them, within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in its original, unworn condition.


Just let us know the issue. We will do our best to fix the problem. If you would like to exchange shoes you ordered for one in a different size or color, or if you would like to exchange it for a different model altogether, you’ll need to let us know.

If your exchange is higher in value to the item you are returning, you will be automatically prompted to pay the difference; if the value is lower, you will be refunded the difference. We will dispatch your exchange within two working days of receipt of your original return.


In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs, unless we have made a mistake with your order or you receive damaged product. Returned items should be unused and carefully repackaged in the original packaging. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will refund money you paid for the item including delivery as well as the cost for returning it. Please contact us for authorization before returning any items.

If you for any reason want to return the goods we can not give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes.
